Privacy notice

Version 1 · Effective 23 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data DFPHprep collects, why, and your rights over it. We have designed the site to collect as little as possible.

1. Data controller

DFPHprep is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at hello@dfphprep.com.

2. What we collect when you browse

You do not need an account to use this site, and we do not ask you to register. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Answers you type into practice questions stay in your browser for the duration of the page and are never sent to us or stored.

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate web analytics provided by our hosting provider (Vercel) to understand which pages are used and how the site performs. These analytics do not use cookies and do not build individual profiles. Our hosting provider also processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

3. What we collect when you contact us

If you email us, we will hold your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message so that we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and improving the site as the lawful basis for this processing.

4. How long we keep data

Correspondence is kept for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which it is deleted. Aggregate analytics do not identify individuals.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the service providers we use to run the site, including our hosting and email providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
